If the world suddenly stopped spinning, what would you actually see and hear during your last seconds, or minutes?

Initially the opinion which comes to the mind when earth stopped spinning gradually is disaster going to occur. Also in the other hand the opinion that rises may be earth’s ecosystem has survived evolution. So how does this new world look like? Similar thoughts before this dawn of 2013 also came into human’s mind.
Some think that the human on the earth don't fly off to space was because gravity. They consider that if the Earth stops rotating human should not fly off and nothing should change. Whether human would stay on earth or not would depend on the speed earth stops rotating.

For beginners earth would now take nearly a year to do what it performs in a day (cycle from night to day and back). Cities would spend half of the year in dimness and half of the year in sunbeams. Also every region in the world would experience different seasons which might vary with temperature swings from season to season.  Spinning of the earth doesn't affect earth’s gravity; it only produces an outward with a similar experience in going on a merry-go-round. In reality if the rotation of the earth is much faster than now, then we may all on a free space trip together.

In my point of view, human beings would remain on earth if the change happens slowly. In simple terms if the earth jams to a close you can guess what would happen. In contrast if it stops slowly and humans survive then people will be able to view the observations happening in climate, tides, duration of day-night, changes in wind directions and ocean etc.

An equatorial area would spend very hot months very close to the sun. The matching part would spend dark or freezing for months. That's trouble for the plants and animals and people who live in those areas to adapt to the new surrounding with newer things.

Earth rotates centrifugal force causes the planet to prominence along the equator. Without that prominence extra water held primed along the equator would go quickening back toward the poles.  Equatorial bulge subsided by a band of giant which separates two massive oceans to the north and the south.
Humans are an adaptable species with powerful technology who survive in new environment would by achieving the challenge successfully. People could attempt to bright homes which are in the darkness and heat or cool homes during natural temperature swings. Although human survive can crops survive in this new world? This is a good question to answer at this point. If the plants cannot endure the entire food chain would be in danger obviously.

I don't know whether we could be able to find new crops for the existing fellows to stand in this new environment. Else we would become dependents on constants that come again with warm weather.
