Creativity
Act of turning new imaginative ideas and come-up with new own work is known as creativity. Everybody have the creativity in different areas. Creativity requires the power of the brain as well as the logic and planning.

According to Binaryquote (2012), "A nation must hold as a tangible sign of human creativity" is a quote said by Abdelaziz Bouteflika. 

   

       According to Creativityatwork (2012), the research done by George Land has expreesed that naturally people are creative and when the people grow up learn to be negativity of creativeness.    

                  

       Creativity requires the power of the brain, logic and plan to prepare a new thing.  Accordning to Teresa Amabile creativity is broken down into three main components: knowledge, creative thinking and motivation and this is shown in the following diagram.

         Innovation is the implementation of the created product. Further explanations this means the change where the organization's products, services able to create new values which are mapping to the current.

Mirlabs (2012)

Next was a class activity to identify the current skills and qualities of each and every student. To this  the lecturer Mr Rehan delivered some activity papers and guided to fill the self-evaluation which has three parts. In this people,activities and personal qualities are the sub topics which the students had to tick whether the students have the quality or not. From the overall author's the highest score (19) was for the Activities and the next (13) is People and the least score (9) has for the Personal qualities.

        The above table show some of author's current skills and qualities. Now the author is going to prepare a two by two matrix which represents the SWOT Analysis for the author's skills and qualities.
