Knowledge is useful information which is useful to do something and it should not to be perfect anytime (Boundless, 2005). According to Fallibleideas (2012), the expression of knowledge by Elliot Temple is that "Knowledge is created by imaginative and critical thoughts."According to Ecs (2003), Peter Drucker has expressed that “Knowledge is the only meaningful resource today.” to gain the competitive advantage.

The industry opportunity needs,
I never forget about this achievement in the life. To achieve this, author loved Essay writing from the small days and learning to write different types of essays as one of the hobbies. Still author is loved to write essays and author is willing to publish an essay book in the future too. So this is another goal which the author has to achieve in the life while doing the Stafordshire University - BIT Degree. Author's English teacher, parents, best friend motivated to participate in this competition and gave me courage too. Now author is proud in writing essays even though there are best students who writes essays.
I am very proud of my success and never forget this in life. Why??? Because i won the Second Place in HNB Essay (English Creative
writing) Competition which was known as Lowa Dinana Singiththo from the Western Province for the Horana
Division. This made me a more energetic to face the future life.

This is an essential tool
which comprise of course learning objectives with a series of questions. According to scholarworks.boisestate (2009), Megan Frary has justified that, the
process of knowledge survey evaluates students learning from basic to
comprehensive thinking levels in order to clarify and organize the course work
for the lecturer. These are used to guide course content, and to acquire good
results for the exam etc (Serc.carleton ,2012).The following diagrams shows the steps needed to follow in order to achieve success in future from a course that utilizes knowledge surveys.

There are two types of knowledge such as Tacit and explicit. According to Businessdirectory (2012), tacit knowledge is unwritten knowledge that is expressed in a powerful form of knowledge as well as its difficult to communicate/ share because this includes private feelings, culture and values (
,2003). This is essential to the sum of a person's awareness.
According to Gdrc (2012), the explicit knowledge is expressing by using the vocabulary which can be stored/ transmitted as well as contributes to education. According to
Osaka-gu.ac (2009), Sachio Matsubara has explained that Japaneese manufacutring industry is mainly focused on the tacit knowledge with the progress of IT.

Converting tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge
This is a challenge to a person to convert the tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.Tacit knowledge that people carry in the heads in which is gained through learning or personal experience is converted in to the Explicit knowledge which is easy to put the hands on, since it is knowledge which has already been captured and written down.

Personal Achievement ........
Among lots of achievements in my life author never forget this memorable day. Author is good in all three languages English, Tamil and Sinhalese Creative Writing. In the school days author won
the Second Place in HNB Essay (English Creative writing) Competition which was know as Lowa Dinana Singiththo.
The Lowa Dinana Singiththo being held for the second consecutive year and large number of students from more than 9,800 schools islandwide participating to display the talents and creativity in singing, speech, drama, short story writing, art, essay writing etc with the participation of Sinhala, Tamil and English medium students. The competition was held over a period of 3 months at district and national level with the full support of the Ministry of Education.

1. To create success from this personal achievement I have
placed many efforts. I read many books, newspapers, journals, magazines in
order to collect the ideas. Attended to campaigns which are about
peace after the war.
2. I
exhibited various kinds of skills in
order to achieve this personal achievement. First
of all I managed the deadlines by finding out
information from different sources to build a creative essay. Then worked in for some drafts of the essay. And
also I practiced writing the essays from the stage of a student. That’s why I have
enough strength to compete with the other students for the competition and achieve
the Second place. In the leisure time I read books to improve knowledge as well
as to add vocabulary.
3. I
used a particular way to gain this success. The steps are managing deadlines,
improving self- confidence, comparing the different opinions and deciding the
best, writing in own words, arguing the point by proving facts.
4. I got help from my school teachers, parents and
friends to collect information from the newspapers. They helped by offering
their valuable time to gain success for myself. Therefore I am thankful to all
of those who gave guidance for me to do task. I believed that I can face to the
essay competition in my own with lot of commitment and determination. But to
make it more efficient I got help from those.
