Goals are dreams with deadlines

Why Set Goals?
Goal setting is used by peak level people such as athletes, successful business-people and achievers in every part of the fields. Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge and helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life. How to act in the life as well as the power of enthusiasm is uttered by challenging the individual while setting the goals.

By setting sharp, timely, clearly defined goals, you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals in the future and you can see the forward progress exceptionally almost immediately. You will also raise your self-confidence and will be strongly live as you recognize your own ability and competence in achieving the goals that you have set. As we have identified the abilities, strengths and weaknesses in the SWOT Analysis it’s time to start setting the goals along with those. First, most important thing is recognizing the people who are with you in competition and get to know their skills. Then prioritize yourself to win the flag in the tree by collecting energy.

I suppose that, you can remember the narrative concerning Tortoise and Rabbit where the Tortoise succeeded the flag in the closing stages of the race. Approximating this you also should be able to set the effective productive goals and to accomplish them in the correct moment in time period.

The important thing in life is to have a great aim, and the determination to attain it

Let’s start prioritizing the personal goals

Starting to Set Personal Goals

You set your goals on a number of levels:
·         First you create your "big picture" of what you want to do with your life (or over, say, the next 10 years), and identify the large-scale goals that you want to achieve.
·         Then, you break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach your lifetime goals.
·         Finally, once you have your plan, you start working on it to achieve these goals.
