What is your language goal?

If your most important goal is to learn a language quickly, don’t worry about mistakes. If you’re just learning the language because you’re traveling for business or pleasure, just speak and have fun. If you just want to enjoy television programs or popular songs from another language try that don’t worry.

Those who laugh against while you are speaking are fools as they think they became fluent in one day by speaking without practicing. Don’t go behind! Go forward to a meeting in class or society or club and speak then and only we all can improve speaking. As our mother tongue is Sinhalese we can speak it without any shyness. But English??? Why because its using very little as we are like to be used with Sinhala Language. But we should improve English as in future we have to work with English.

If your goal is to make friends and enjoy your short stay in a foreign place, by all means, take the quick gains that come from allowing yourself mistakes, because the advantages from speaking are more valuable.

However, if your language goals are more long-term, it’s worth reconsidering that strategy. If you’re dating English speaking person and hoping to live in America, you should probably get into the habit of sounding of English speaking environment.

According to author my language goal is to progress the speaking English before starting the 2nd year of my degree and to be fluent. And also, to move with friends and others with English Language speaking to further improvement in my speaking.
