It is easy to acquire bad habits. In depth it means
the more we do a thing the more we tend to like doing it. The bad habits such
as eating too much food, drinking too much liquid of anything or smoking; if we
continuously do these activities from smaller days it is unhappy to drop it in
a certain age. This is called force of habit and we must fight against to
control that to spend a better life.
Some tasks that we do time to time unfortunately can
be harmful at a time point. This applies to both good and bad things. A wise
man only remembers the true things that have done by him and recognize the bad
things and attempt to avoid them.
